This application contains the confidential business model and financial projections of Nandan Ground Support Equipment Pvt Ltd (“Nandan GSE”, “we”). Access is granted individually, by invitation only, for evaluation purposes. By signing in you agree to both policies below.
We collect the information needed to operate a secure, invitation-only data room: your name and email address (provided when your account is created for you), your sign-in times, the pages and tabs you view, the time you spend on the site, and any questions you submit through the QUESTIONS? tab.
Usage information is visible only to the owner of this data room and is used to understand engagement with the material, to respond to your questions, and to keep the site secure. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed in the Data Policy below.
The site sets only the cookies required to keep you signed in (authentication session cookies). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
You may at any time request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your account and activity records to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
All application data — user accounts, model state, saved configurations, access logs, and questions & replies — is stored in a dedicated Supabase (PostgreSQL) project. The application itself is hosted on Vercel. Both providers hold the data encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS).
Access is role-based. Viewers and editors see the model and their own questions only. The owner additionally sees user accounts, activity statistics, access logs, all questions, and saved configurations. Row-level security is enforced in the database itself, not just in the application.
The business model, projections, and every figure shown in this application are private and confidential. They are shared with you solely for evaluation and may not be copied, forwarded, published, or disclosed to any third party without our prior written consent. Excel exports carry the same obligation.
Access logs are kept for 90 days for the activity statistics and then fall out of reporting. Accounts, saved configurations, and questions are kept while the data room is active and removed when it is decommissioned or on your deletion request, whichever comes first.
